3 Egg Whites8 ounces Soft Tofu3 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder1 lemon juice and zest1/4 Flax Milk2 tbsp dried unsweetened coconut flakes1 tbsp coconut flour1 tbsp green tea powder
Using a food processor or mixer, blend all ingredients together for approximately 5 minutes until all tofu clumps are gone and mix is smooth.
Spray a square baking pan (8x8) and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until firm.
Once cooled cut into 6 equal squares
