Sweet Potato Recovery drink

Ingredients
4 Tbsp high protein hemp powder1/2 large baked sweet potato1C Silk original coconut milk
Directions
Microwave sweet potato ahead of time, skin, cube and store in fridge.
After workout pour 1 cup coconut milk into blender, add 1/2 of cubes sweet potato and 4 tbsp hemp powder.
Blend on high for 30 seconds, add more coconut milk if you like it thinner.

Serving Size: Makes one post-workout drink
