Corn Bread Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour1 cup cornmeal1/2 cup sugar1 tbsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt2 cups skim milk1 egg4 tbsp. margarine, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Mix in milk, egg and melted butter until combined.

Pour batter into greased muffin tin. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
