Strawberry pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries2/3 cup flour1 cup oat flour3 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt2 tsp vanilla2 Tbsp brown sugar1 2/3 c almond milk2 Tbsp coconut oil
Directions
Heat griddle. Coat with 1 Tbsp oil. Drop by 1/4 cup measure onto hot griddle. Flip and cook on other side. Serve sprinkled with more chopped strawberries.
