Chipotle Pumpkin and Tomatoe Soup

Ingredients
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 3 cup Tomato Sauce, 1 cup Pumpkin, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt, 3 frontera Chipotle Salsa, 15 oz (remove) Beans, black, 3 cup (remove) )Add an Ingredient
Directions
Saute onions and celery in oil til soft, add chicken broth, pumpkin, and tomotoe sauce (or can of diced tomatoes. Add jar of Chipotle Sala. Drain and rinse two cans of black beans and add. Simmer to blend flavors. Would probably be great with a little sour cream on top or a tsp of cream stirred in.

Serving Size: makes 12 - 1 cup servings. Fills 6 pint mason jars to take for lunch or share with friends.
