Slow Cooker Broccoli Cheddar Mac n Cheese

1 box ronzoni smart taste penne rigate3/4 cup finely chopped fresh broccoli3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 cup cottage cheese1/8 cup margarine1/8 cup parmesan1.5 cup boiling water2 tbsp. sour cream1 tbsp. paprika1 tsp. peppersea salt to taste
Boil penne for 8 minutes, during this time combine all ingredients into slow-cooker except for water and sour cream. When pasta is nearly done scoop out 1 cup of boiling water, and add it to slow cooker, this will help melt your cheese for easier mixing. Then drain past all except for about a half a cup of water and pour into slow cooker, mix thoroughly. Cook on low for 2.5 hours stirring occasionally then turn off slow cooker let cool for 10 minutes then add in sour cream. Stir and serve.
