5 cups flour3 cups milk (skim)1/4 sugar2 tsp salt3 tbsp baking powderCrisco
Mix dry ingredients then make well in center.
Add milk slowly while stirring the flour in.
Heat oil on medium heat
Scoop out big mixing spoonful size onto flour surface. Press out into circle
Put dough in oil until brown on edges then flip over & do other side til golden brown.
Serving Size: Makes 16-6 inch pieces
