Sunday Morning Hotdog Burritos

Ingredients
4 large eggs scrambled1 dash of salt1 dash of pepper1 large Hebrew Hotdog (reduced fat) Cut into chunks2 (10 inch) burritos
Directions
Scramble eggs with salt and pepper and set aside.
Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray and heat to meduim add hotdog chunks and cook until browned. Add egg mix and cook until desired egg consitancy is achieved. split mix into to parts and place each half on a tortilla. Wrap securely. (Hint: To heat tortillas and keep them soft. Place in a gallon zip bag with a damp papertowel and microwave for 10 seconds keep bag sealed until you use them.)
