Asian Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
Salad: 3 cup Napa Cabbage, chopped1 cup Red Cabbage, chopped1/2 cup Carrots, grated1/2 cup Orange Bell Peppers, sliced1/2 cup Cucumber with peel, sliced 1/8 cup Almonds slivered6 oz. Cooked Chicken Breast, dicedDressing: 1 tbsp. Olive Oil1 tsp. Honey1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar1 tsp. Sesame Seed Oil
Directions
Toss salad ingredients together. Prepare the dressing by placing vinegar and honey together. Slowly add oils and whisk until everything is incorporated.

Toss the salad with the dressing.

Salt and Pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 2 2 cup serving

    Have you tried grape seed oil? It is less expensive and is also a healthy oil.
