Crockpot pork and red cabbage

Ingredients
Pork roast 2-3 pounds1 head red cabbage, cored and shredded2 tart apples, peeled, cored and diced2 tbsp brown sugar. 2 tbsp caraway seeds2tbs salt 2 tbs pepper1/2 c balsamic or redwine or cider vinegar
Directions
combine everything but the pork roast and pepper in the crock pot. mix well. add roast on top and sprinkle with pepper. cook on high 4 hours. serve.
