Ingredients
1 5oz can light tuna in water1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbsblack pepper, garlic powder, dehydrated onion1/2 tbsp grated parmesan cheesedash of salt2 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter spread1 slice swiss cheese (or cheese of your choice)1/2 cup of mixed greens salad1 small pita bread1 tsp dijon mustard
Directions
mix tuna, bread crumbs, all seasonings/mustard in bowl. make 2 patties. heat skillet with 2 tbsp of spread. Sear cakes. Baked pita and cheese. place cakes on heated pita, add salad, enjoy
