2 lbs cauliflower - cooked & mashed8 oz sharp ceddar cheese8 oz montery jack cheese8 0z cream cheese4 TBS heavy cream1 cup onion or 2 bunches green onion -cut - sauteed6 slices bacon - cooked1 garlic clove - crushed
Directions
When cauliflower is done mash to the consistancy you like then add all ingrediants serve with dinner
