Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .50 cup, Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Yogurt, plain, whole milk, .50 cup (8 fl oz) Milk, 2%, .50 cup Spinach, fresh, 1 cup *EFA Gold, Hemp powder, 1 tbsp
Directions
Put yogurt, milk, hemp in blender. Add spinach, banana, and blueberries. Blend well.
