16 Small white mushrooms(rinsed and de-stemmed)1/2 Chopped Spinach1/2 cup diced onions1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small pan, cook the spinach and onions on medium-low heat with non-stick spray. Once the onions are slightly browned, blend vegetables with bread crumbs and cheese, then tightly pack mushroom caps with mixture. Bake for around 15 minutes or until browned.
