Coconut Pudding

Ingredients
100g Tiana Organic Coconut Flour100g Peaches-finely chopped50g Blueberries, squaeshed with the back of a spoonEnough water to make a porridge consistency
Directions
Mix all the ingredients until it is a porridge consistency,
Spoon into a 30cm x 15cm glass serving dish (oven proof)
Bake at 200C or until golden
Cool, cut and enjoy!
