Banana Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal Singles

Ingredients
3 C. old-fashioned oats1/2 C. packed brown sugar2 t. baking powder1/2 t. salt2 egg whites1 egg1 1/4 C. skim milk3/4 C. mashed banana1 t. vanilla extract3/4 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Directions
Mix dry ingredients well.
Whisk liquid ingredients well.
Mix together
Add chips. Spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake 350 for 18-22 min. or until oatmeal is lightly browned and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
