Ingredients
1 1/4 cups water1 egg1 1/2 tsp. salt2 tbsp. packed brown sugar2 tbsp. olive oil3 1/4 cups bread flour1/3 cup buttermilk powder1/4 cup quick cooking oats1/4 cup oat bran2 tbsp. wheat germ1 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast
Directions
add to your bread machine in order or to your manufacters instructions. Place on light white bread setting.
If you don't like this as sweet you can substitute wheat bran for oat bran.
Slice 1/2 inch thick. makes 13 pieces
