Lentil "Meat" loaf

Ingredients
1 pack cooked lentils (2.5 cups)1 egg1/2 medium onion diced1 cup oatmeal dry2 tbls ketchup2 tbls bbq sauce2 tbls Worcestershire sauce1 tbls garlic powder
Directions
mix ingredients together with hands, squeezing together to incorporate. line a loaf pan with plastic wrap and then press mixture into the pan and refridgerate for 30min - 1 hour

unmold and bake for 30 minutes until dry and hot throughout. top with ketchup or bbq sauce in the last 10 minutes of baking.
