Spaghetti squash au gratin

Ingredients
One spaghetti squashOne half large onion, choppedOne tomato, chopped6 oz plain greek yogurtOne tbsp canola oil1.3 cups shredded cheddar cheeseLeft over deli meat, or anything else you want to addSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook spaghetti squash in microwave or oven until tender. Shred with a fork and place in a bowl. Cook the chopped onion in the oil until translucent. Add it to the squash in the bowl, along with the other ingredients, saving 1/2 cup of cheese to sprinkle on top. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
