GROUND VENISON CHILI

24 oz ground venison1 tbl minced garlic1 medium yellow onion, diced1 tbl black pepper4 tbl chili powder6 oz Great Value tomato paste28 oz can Contadina crushed tomatoes16 oz can Bush's chili beans in hot sauce28 oz can Rotel Original diced tomatoes & green chilies16 oz can Bush's Best reduced sodium dark red kidney beans, drained & rinsed15 oz can Bush's Best reduced sodium black beans, drained & rinsed4 cups water2 1/2 cups Weight Watcher shredded Mexican style cheese (optional)
Spray a large soup pot with non stick cooking spray, & heat over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and onion, & cook until tender.
Add ground venison and cook until no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until mixed thoroughly.
Cover and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.
Top each serving with 1/4 cup cheese
