Baked Pasta with Ground Chicken

also add oregano, red pepper flake, salt and pepper to taste
cook pasta till al dente
grate carrot
chop other vegetables
saute garlic and vegetables with spices
brown chicken then cook with canned tomatoes (diced or chunky)
mix above ingredients together
slice or grate mozzarella (fresh is best)
into lightly oiled baking dish (deeper it is the longer to cook) add mix to dish
top with grated parmesan, then mozzarella
top with mozzarella
Serving Size: made 6 servings in bake dish
