Ingredients
1 Thomas' Whole Wheat Bagel Thins3 Egg Whites3 mini Bell Peppers (chopped) (1/8 C. if you only have big ones)2 Slices of Turkey Bacon (chopped)2 Tbsp. Salsa (I used Pace)Salt, pepper, and garlic powder for taste
Directions
1. Chop up all the ingredients and separate the eggs.
2. Cook bell peppers and bacon until tender.
3. Add egg whites and seasonings and scramble. Toast bagel at this point.
4. Top bagel with the eggs and then add salsa!

Serving Size: Makes 2 Slices overflowing with goodies!
