take round steak and use meat hammer to pound 1/3 C flour into it. cut into 4 pieces.brown in pan with cooking spray.put in bottom of baking pan pour 1 can tomatoes over , slice onions and 2 cloves garlic add over meat. Put 1 can mushrooms over and put in carrots. cover with 1/2 can of tomato juice. Bake at 350 until meat is tender. approx: 3hrs. I slice 1/2 green pepper in mine. you can pretty much add what vegetables you like.
