Ingredients
take round steak and use meat hammer to pound 1/3 C flour into it. cut into 4 pieces.brown in pan with cooking spray.put in bottom of baking pan pour 1 can tomatoes over , slice onions and 2 cloves garlic add over meat. Put 1 can mushrooms over and put in carrots. cover with 1/2 can of tomato juice. Bake at 350 until meat is tender. approx: 3hrs. I slice 1/2 green pepper in mine. you can pretty much add what vegetables you like.

    I made this but bought the pretenderized meat and then just browned my meat in a pan using the cooking spray and added the tomatos, Tomato Jc, garlic and onions and cooked it for about an 1 1/2 hrs and it was wonderful!

    I was very disappointed when cooking this recipe. The author noted a 3 hour cooking time but even at 2hrs my steaks were burned and ruined. I had nothing else on hand for dinner and it was not a great evening. - 4/21/08
