Buckwheat Cornmeal Muffins

1 Cup Buckwheat flour1/2 Cup Yellow Corn Meal2.5 tsp Baking Powder.25 Cup Sugar.5 tsp Salt2 Large eggs-beaten1.25 Cups non fat milk1/4 cup melted margarine
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line 12 muffin tins
Mix together:
buckwheat flour,corn meal,baking powder,salt and sugar.
Combine: eggs, milk, and margarine-stir into dry ingredients until just moistened (batter will be thin). Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 minutes.
