3 1/3 cups flour1 tablespoon baking powder1/8 teaspoon salt1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)3/4 cup butter, softened2 eggs2 teaspoons vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
In large bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, butter, eggs and vanilla until well blended. Stir in dry ingredients. Knead lightly. Roll 1/3 of dough 1/8" to 1/4" thick. Cut with cookie cutters. I used a glass to cut large round cookies. Place cookies 1" apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake 7-9 minutes or until firm when touched lightly. PLEASE NOTE: cookies will not be brown. Cool completely before frosting.
