15oz canned pumpkin1/2 C splenda2 tsp pumpkin pie spice8oz Fat Free milk1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp salt1/2 C Egg Beaters1 Tbsp flour
Beat all ingredients together. Spray pie plate with cooking spray. Pour mixture into pie plate and bake 15 minutes at 400. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
Cool completely and cut into 6 pieces
