Korean Turkey with Brown Rice and Broccoli

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey1 Tbsp. sesame oil3 garlic cloves, minced1/2 c. brown sugar, unpacked1/4 c. soy sauce1/4 tsp. ground ginger1 tsp. red pepper flakes4 c. cooked brown rice 1 (12oz) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
Directions
Cook ground turkey with sesame oil and garlic. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger and pepper flakes and simmer 5 minutes. Add cooked rice and broccoli and heat thru.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1-cup servings
