eggs, butter, white sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, vanilla extract, flour, rolo cookies, pecans (optional)
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and eggs. Add flour, baking soda, and cocoa.
Roll about 1 T. dough around a rolo cookie. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. You can sprinkle with a crushed pecan/sugar mixture (if desired). Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes (until cookies have a lightly cracked top).
Serving Size: Makes 50-55 cookies
