Brussle sprouts and mushrooms

Ingredients
500 gr Brussels sprouts500 gr Mushrooms5 cloves of garlicsaltpepper5 tablespoons of olive oil
Directions
Boil water and drop the Brussels sprouts cleaned and cut in halves. Cook for about 7 min, drain water, rinse with cols water (will stop cooking) and set aside in colander to drain water as much as possible. Sautee garlic and Mushrooms in olive oil and when ready add Brussels sprouts stir to coat the sprouts with the olive oil and remove from the stove.
