Buckwheat Pancakes (revised from Cook's.com)

Ingredients
1/2 cup buckwheat flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 t baking powder1 T brown sugar2 T ground flaxseed1 large egg beaten1T melted butter1 cup milk 2%
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together throughly with wisk making sure there are no lumps. Add all wet ingredients, stirring as little as possible. Drop by 1/3 cupfuls into sizzing hot frying pan sprayed with butter flavor cooking spray.

Serving Size: Makes 10 pancakes - 2 each serving
