creamy salmon and basil pasta

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 2 large Smoked Salmon (lox), 200 grams Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Yogurt, plain, low fat, 400 grams Sour Cream, reduced fat, 250 grams Pasta, cooked, 500 grams Mushrooms, canned, 400 grams Basil, 5 leaves *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, 3 cloves *Chicken stock powder 4 teaspoons
Directions
cook the pasta to taste.
chop the salmon and basil into small pieces and keep to one side.
fry the onion in the oil until slightly brown.
Add all the ingredients except the cream and yoghurt.
stir for about 5 minutes and add the cream and yoghurt add salmon and basil
Mix in the drained and cooked pasta and stir well.
Serve - bte-avon !!
