Bread Pudding

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 large Splenda 0.5 cups Milk, nonfat 1 cup Milk, 2%, 1 cup Bread, french or vienna 4 cups Raisins, .5 cup Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Cut bread into 1/2 inch cubes and place in buttered baking dish
3. Beat eggs sugar milk, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon
4. Pour mixture over bread and allow to soak thoroughly
5. Mix in raisins
6. Bake for 25 minutes
