The Best Whole Wheat Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 and 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour3/4 teaspoon of salt1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon1 teaspoon of baking soda3/4 cup granulated sugar (white) 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg2 tablespoons of canola oil4 small bananas 2 teaspoons of vanilla2 large eggs
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, sugar, nutmeg.
In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients: canola oil, bananas, vanilla, eggs.
Mix the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Pour into a bread pan or pan of choice.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
