Super Simple Slow Cooker Shredded Pork

5 lbs Pork Roast (most cuts will work fine, with or without bone, just make sure it will fit in your crock pot)DRY INGREDIENTS:1 package McCormick's Grill Mates Mesquite Marinade1 tbsp dehydrated onions1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Pepper
In crock pot, sprinkle 1/2 of all DRY INGREDIENTS. Add pork roast. Sprinkle remaining DRY INGREDIENTS. Drizzle 1/4 cup water over all.
Cook on LOW for 12 hrs or on High for 8 hrs. Roast should be very tender and easily shred.
When done, use tongs to remove any bone and extra fat. Use tongs and a fork to shred the rest of the roast into the juices.
Serving Size: 20 half cup servings (maybe more)
