Ingredients
1 1/4 cup flour1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup cocoa2 eggs1/2 cup coconut milk1/2 cup honey1/4 cup milk2 tbsp sour cream1/2 bottle red food coloringfrosting optional:1/2 cup confectioners sugar2tbsp butter
Directions
combine wet ingredients, then slowly add dry ingredients and mix. pour batter into muffin tin papers and fill 2/3 of way. 350 degree preheat oven, bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
