Amber's Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients
1 Cup Flour1Tablespoon Sugar2 Tablespoons Baking Powder1/8 tsp. salt3/4 Cup Soy-milk or other milk of your choice1/4 +( 2Tbl. optional) Cup Water2 Tablespoon oil
Directions
Preheat the stove-top or electric griddle to about medium heat . Mix dry ingredients first and blend. Slowly add milk and 1/4 c. water stir together than mix in the oil.If you would still like to add the 2 tablespoons water here's when. Add mixture to pan and cook as you would a normal pancake!

Serving Size: Makes 2-3 pancakes depending on what size you perfer. 2-4 inch in length
