Green Fresh & Smooth Drink

Ingredients
1/2 cup 'seedless' cucumber sliced up already1/2 cup clunked fresh pineapple1 stalk celery (chop it into chunks)1/2 c. spinach leaves1 med. banana (slice right into blender)1/2 c. no sugar added applesauceParsley (I used dry because I didn't have fresh)
Directions
chop up ingredients as indicated in ingredient list.

Put all in blender

Pulse a few times then blend till smooth

Pour in cup
