Sweet Potato Casserole

4 1/2 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Butter Spray1/3 cup 1% milk1 cup Splenda for baking1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1/4 cup Egg beaters(equivalent to 2 large eggs)1 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/2 cup All purpose Wheat flour1/3 cup light butter1 cup chopped pecans
1. Preheat oven to 350 degreesF. Grease a 9X13 in baking dish.
2. In a large bowl mix together first 6 ingredients. Spread sweet potato mixture into the prepared baking dish. In a small bowl mix brown sugar and flour together. Cut in 1/3 cup light butter until mixture is crumbly, then stir in pecans. Sprinkle pecan mixture over the sweet potatoes.
3. Bake for 35 minutes in preheated oven, or until golden brown.
