Improved Chocolate Icing

Ingredients
1 c nonfat dry milk1/2 c powdered sugar3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder1/4 c boiling water1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix dry milk, powdered sugar, and cocoa in a bowl, then add the boiling water and vanilla extract. Mix very well. If needed add a little more water, half a tsp at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.

Makes 16 - 1/2 Tbsp servings

    I didn't quite like this icing, it was edible, but not the nicest! mine turned out tasting more like the actual cake mixutre - not the icing. Instead I used sweetner, cocoa powder, skimmed milk, water and bit of icing sugar. Still low fat, just a few more calories. - 3/30/11
