Sourdough Pancakes

Ingredients
2 c sourdough starter1 tbsn maple syrup1 egg3 tbsn oil.5 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 tbsn water
Directions
Mix all ingredients except baking soda and water. Mix baking soda and water separately and add to main mixture right before cooking. Heat your pan to medium high and start cooking. Flip when bubbling.
