Seafood Alfredo

1 medium onion2-3 garlic cloves1/2 lb cooked shrimp or canned shrimp1/2 lb crabmeat1(8oz) can cream of mushroom soup(1/2 the fat)21/4 cups fat free sour cream 1(8oz)can mushrooms1 tablespoon dill
1. sparay pan with nonstick cooking spray and saute onion and garlic.
2. add crab,shrimp,and mushrooms
3. heat throughly then add soup until hot and bubbly.
4. meanwhile boil the futtucine noodles until al dente.
5. just before noodles are cooked add sour cream to the sauce and stir constantly until heated through,but be careful not to boil.
6. add dill
1 serving is 3/4 cup sauce
this is 6.5 weight watchers points.
7.5 if chicken is substituted
be sure to add your pasta separately
