2 Chicken Breast2 small zuchinni chopped2 roma tomatoes chopped1 medium onion dicedhandful of cilantro chopped1 medium bell pepper chopped2 c salsa8oz cream cheese2 tsp ground cumin1 tbsp minced garlic1 jalepeno, finely diced
Throw everything in the crockpot and cook on low for 5 hrs (if chicken is frozen cook for 7-8 hrs) then shred chicken and cook for 30 min - 1 hr longer.
