9 tbsp Sour Cream6 tbsp shredded Cucumber, peeled and de-seeded2 Garlic Cloves, pressed1 tsp fresh Dill (approx 2 grams) 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/8 tsp Salt
Combine the sour cream, cucumber, garlic, dill, salt and pressed garlic in a bowl; stir to combine. Chill in refrigerator at least one hour before serving.
