1 cup plain low-fat yogurt3 tbs. light mayonaise3 tsp. dijon or German-style mustard3/4 tsp. dried chervil, chrushed2 cloves minced garlicJuice from 1/2 lemon1 lb. fresh cod, pollock flounder, haddock, or pike fish filets
Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, chervil, and garlic and lemon juice. Spray a shallow 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place fish in single layer in bottom of the baking dish. Spread sauce evenly onto fish fillets. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
