Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Garlic, 3 clove (remove)Carrots, raw, 2 medium (remove)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)Lentils, 2 cup (remove)*Pacific Foods Organic Vegetable Broth, 8 cup (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)*Oil, White Truffle Oil, Urbani, 3 tbsp (remove)*Cumin seed, .5 tsp (remove)*Coriander seed, .5 tsp (remove)
Directions
Put all ingredients into slow cooker, except truffle oil. Simmer on low for 6 hours. Add truffle oil just before serving.
