Chocolate Pecan Baked Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
2 eggs1/2 cup applesauce1/3 cup brown sugar, packed1 & 1/3 cup skim milk2 tsp cinnamon2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt3 cups of oats~100 chocolate chips (4 chips per muffin)~48 pecan halves (2 per muffin)
Directions
preheat oven to 400 degrees

spray muffin tins with non-stick spray ( I use a silicone muffin pan)

Mix together the eggs, applesauce, brown sugar, and milk. Then add the cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and oats.

Fill each of 24 muffin wells about half full.

Top with 4 chocolate chips and 2 pecan halves.

Bake for 20 minutes.
