Ingredients
Pink Salmon (fish), Gregg's - Basil & Garlic Paste, 10 gram(s) Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 7 serving Lemon Peel, 1 tsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
preheat oven to 220 degrees Celcius and line a large, shallow baking dish with baking paper for easy clean-u.

Arrange salmon pieces in a single layer in the prepared dish. spread about 1 tsp paste over each fillet. scatter the tomatoes and lemon zest over the salmon, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Roast until just cooked through (6-8 minutes) and serve immediately.
