1/2 cup coconut oil1/2 cup brown sugar1 egg1/2 cup applesauce1 cup quinoa flour2 Tablespoons sour milk1 tespoon baking soda1/2 cup walnuts1/4 cup wheat germ
Cream oil and sugar. Beat in egg then add applesauce. Mix flour with wheat germ and soda. Alternate adding flour mixture in small amounts with milk. Stir in nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
