1/3 cup coconut oil1/4 cup brown sugar1 egg2 ripe bananas1/2 cup applesauce1 cup quinoa flour1/2 cup wheat germ1 teasponn soda1/2 cup walnuts
Cream oil and brown sugar. Add egg. Beat in bananas and applesauce Combine flour wiht wheat germ and soda. Stir flour mixture into batter alternately with milk. Stir in walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
