Ingredients
Half a normal size avocado.Sasla (or fresh pico de gallo) Bread Crumbs (more or less as you like)Don't forget spices: salt, pepper, garlic, etc...!Shredded Cheese (just what I have in the fridge)Sour Cream (just a dollop!)
Directions
Half a normal size avocado and remove seed. (plant on your windowseal!)
Mix together salsa, seasonings, bread crumbs and cheese.
Add mixture to inside of avocado.
Bake at 450 for approx. 5 minutes.
Remove from over and add a dollop!
Enjoy!
